Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide dog boarding and training services as per the package selected by the Client at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. The Client may cancel their booking without charge provided they notify the Company at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the services.
2.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee.
2.3. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking fee.

 Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone provided on this website or the Company.

3. Emergencies
In case of an emergency, the Company will immediately contact the Client using the emergency contact details provided.

4. Veterinary Care
4.1. If veterinary care is required, the Company will take the dog to a vet and all costs incurred will be at the Client’s expense.
4.2. If the Client’s own vet is not available, the Company will use a vet of their choosing.

5. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate any service at any time due to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
